What You'll Do

• Generate and send customer invoices
• Apply payments and maintain accurate records
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Follow up on outstanding balances
• Assist with reporting and month-end close

What You Bring

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 0-2 years of AR, accounting, or related experience
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Basic Excel skills; experience with accounting systems a plus
• Organized, dependable, and eager to learn
